Question 1

How do I request a free estimate?

Accepted Answer

Call (407) 865-1219 or fill out the contact form on this page. Share your location, the water body or shoreline issue, and a few photos if you can. We review the project and provide a free, transparent estimate before any work begins.

Question 2

Should I send photos of my waterfront?

Accepted Answer

Yes — photos help. Clear pictures of the area you want cleaned, including the vegetation, shoreline, and available access, let us assess the project and equipment suitability before arranging a site visit. Photos support our review but do not guarantee a project will be accepted.

Question 3

What information should I include in my request?

Accepted Answer

Include your location, the type of water body (lake, pond, retention pond, canal, or shoreline), the problem you are seeing, and approximate shoreline footage or access details if you know them. The more we know about access and scope, the more accurate the estimate.

Question 4

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve waterfront properties across Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, and Polk counties. We are a mobile service and come to your property — we do not have a customer-facing office you visit.

Question 5

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

We operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and are closed Saturday and Sunday. You can submit a request through the form anytime and we will respond during business hours.

Question 6

Do you build or repair docks?

Accepted Answer

No. Project 7 Services does not build, install, or repair docks or marine structures. We focus on chemical-free aquatic weed removal, lake and pond cleaning, shoreline clearing, and LakeMat weed-control mats.
